Inspection starts at goods inward. Raw material — brass, steel strip, polyamide, bakelite and thermoset moulding compound — is checked against specification before it reaches the shop floor.
Work in progress is checked at each stage: press tools, moulding, assembly and finishing. Finished goods are sample-tested for contact resistance, dielectric strength, mechanical operation and dimensional accuracy before packing.
Beyond our own line, products are evaluated independently at the Electronic Test & Development Centre (ETDC), Department of Electronics, Government of India, SAS Nagar. Test reports for specific part numbers are available on request.
